All content provided on our website, including designs, AI tools, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Zaiyo AI and may not be redistributed, sold, or reverse-engineered without express permission.

5. Custom Development & Ownership

For custom software and AI solutions, ownership rights will be detailed in your individual service agreement. Unless specified otherwise, Zaiyo AI retains source code rights while clients hold usage rights.

6. Termination of Services

Zaiyo AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these terms, engages in harmful behavior, or uses services in a manner that disrupts our platform or clients.

7. Confidentiality

We uphold strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or project-related information shared with us. NDAs may be signed upon request for mutual protection.

8. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zaiyo AI from any legal claims, damages, or costs resulting from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

10. Amendments

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page and take immediate effect unless otherwise stated. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the changes.
